Located in Edgewater just west of Denver, Lot 46 Bar represents the next chapter in the Gingerich family’s commitment to community gathering spaces. Founded by Niya and Grant Gingerich after their beloved Local 46 closed, this venue continues their tradition of supporting live music and local culture.
With over two decades of hospitality experience, Niya and her husband Grant have created a space that prioritizes inclusivity and genuine connection. Their approach to “thoughtful preservation” of community spaces is evident in how they’ve designed this new neighborhood hub.
The venue is known for its craft beverages and commitment to quality, treating patrons like “guests in our home.” As Edgewater residents themselves (their daughter attends Edison Elementary), the Gingeriches have deep roots in the community and actively support local schools and businesses.
