We’re thrilled to return to Marko’s Place in historic Roslyn on Friday, April 25th from 7-10pm, once again joined by our talented friend Jeff Dermond on bass. This special trio configuration has become a favorite way for us to present both traditional ballads and original compositions in one of Upper Kittitas County’s most authentic venues.

Spring brings renewal to the Cascade foothills, and we’re bringing fresh arrangements of songs both old and new to this historic coal mining community. Jeff’s bass playing adds remarkable depth to our sound, creating a perfect musical foundation that complements our close harmonies and stringed instruments. The expanded trio format allows us to explore different dynamics and textures within our folk repertoire.

Marko’s intimate setting creates the ideal atmosphere for storytelling through song – exactly the environment these musical traditions were meant to be shared in. We look forward to connecting with friends old and new in this cornerstone of Roslyn’s vibrant music culture. No cover charge, 21+ only.

Marko’s Place has been a cornerstone of Roslyn’s live music scene since 1931, embodying the authentic character of Upper Kittitas County’s historic coal mining community. Originally owned by Marko Korich, this classic Washington tavern maintains its welcoming atmosphere while continuing to support live acoustic performances and community gatherings.

Musicians appreciate Marko’s dedication to preserving the genuine tavern experience that has defined Roslyn’s entertainment culture for generations. The venue’s commitment to live music shows through their regular hosting of local and touring performers, making it a vital part of Central Washington’s music community.

Today, Marko’s Place carries forward its legacy as one of Roslyn’s most cherished gathering spaces. Their combination of historic ambiance, local charm, and continued support for live music creates an environment where both performers and audiences can experience authentic Northwest tavern culture at its best.
