Join us on December 27th at the Foggy Goggle for an après-ski performance that brings folk harmonies to Stevens Pass Resort. From 2:00 to 4:00 PM, we’ll transform this cozy mountain venue into an intimate listening space, where traditional maritime ballads and mountain songs merge with the natural beauty of the Cascades at 4,061 feet.

As skiers and snowboarders wind down their day on the slopes, our acoustic blend of folk traditions and original compositions will provide the perfect soundtrack for warming up by the fire. We’re especially excited to share our winter-themed selections, including songs that celebrate the connection between maritime heritage and mountain culture in the Pacific Northwest.

Whether you’re taking a break from the slopes, enjoying a hot chocolate at the lodge, or making a special journey up Highway 2 to experience live music in the mountains, this free, all-ages performance offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the Welter Brothers’ storytelling and harmonies in one of Washington’s most dramatic settings.

The Foggy Goggle anchors the main lodge at Stevens Pass Resort, with large windows overlooking the mountain. Skiers and snowboarders can easily stop in throughout the day for food, drinks, and atmosphere.

Live music is a key part of winter here, especially during their weekly Foggy Fridays series from December through mid-April. The 2-4 PM time slot has become a tradition for the mountain community.

The space balances acoustics with conversation, letting music fill the room without overwhelming it. There’s plenty of room to spread out in ski gear or relax at the bar.

The venue draws a mix of locals, Seattle day-trippers, and visitors from around the Northwest. Regular live music has helped make it more than just another ski lodge cafe.

Check their schedule for weekly Foggy Friday performances throughout the ski season.
