Christmastown 2024

829 Front Street, Leavenworth, WA 98826

The Gazebo in downtown Leavenworth is a central spot for performances during the annual Christmastown celebration. It’s a covered structure, which is good for us as performers, but the audience stands in the open, so dress for the weather if you’re coming to a show.

During Christmastown, from November 29 to December 24, Leavenworth gets decked out with over half a million lights. They’re on daily from 6 AM to 11 PM, making the town pretty impressive after dark.

The Gazebo hosts different acts throughout the season – choirs, bands, and carolers. It gets especially busy on weekends when Santa and Mrs. Claus show up. There’s usually something going on here on Fridays from 4-8 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 7 PM.

If you’re planning to watch a performance, remember it can get cold in the mountains in December. There are public restrooms nearby at Front Street Park, and the town sets up extra facilities for the event.

We like playing at places like this. It’s not a typical music venue, but it brings people together and supports live music. The mountain backdrop and all the lights make it a memorable spot to play or listen to music.

Whether you’re here for the music or just checking out Christmastown, the Gazebo is worth a stop. It’s where you can catch live performances right in the middle of all the holiday activities.
